Responsibilities

• Solving university-level statistics assignments (mostly in RStudio), direct communication with a student (only in writing). Important: It is not a live tutoring position.

Position

• Part-time, project-based, online. The highest demand is in March-May, October-December. During these periods you can work full-time if you wish.

We expect from you

• Good written English
• Seeking perfection (always receive the best grade)
• Punctuality (always on time)
• Excellent statistics and R skills. You must be willing to learn on the go, we don’t expect you to know everything in advance. Knowing the first 9 chapters of Wooldridge's book on Econometrics well would suffice.
• Solve the interview problem as well as it was a real order – it represents the regular tasks well. It should take less than an hour to complete. Please attach the solution when contacting us.

Compensation

• A fixed percentage of what the client pays (you receive about $25 per hour of work). You set the price yourself. We have no internal competition between experts, which results in (1) not wasting time on bidding, and (2) appropriate not-too-low prices paid for good quality.

• Skills in data science and algorithms/data structures (the requirement is language-specific as Python/SQL are data analysis-oriented, while Matlab is more about engineering problem solving).
• You must be willing to learn on the go, we don’t expect you know everything in advance
